► DO use Times New Roman or Courier 12-pt. font, in a Word document. Make it easy on the reviewer and double-space the text of your query manuscript. Single-space is sufficient for query package of synopsis and bio information. Editing your manuscript enhances the chances of acceptance!

► DO NOT use a typewriter.

► DO provide us with a 9X12 SASE if you wish your work returned to you. (otherwise, it will be shredded). If you do not require return of your material, simply include a #10 SASE (regular letter-sized envelope) for our response. Requested manuscripts must be unbound (secure it with rubber bands) and mailed in a 9X12 container, preferably a box.

► DO NOT use fiber-filled envelopes, or over-tape the package. The pages must be loose. DO NOT perforate, punch, staple, or otherwise bind your documents. Rubber bands work well.

► DO prepare a one- or two-page description of your work. It must describe your work in the best light.

► DO include an additional post-paid postcard or small SASE if you wish confirmation of receipt of your manuscript.
